We’ve been checking out the Helly Hansen Ridge shell for a couple of months now. Our initial impressions were good enough that we included it in our 2015 Gift Guide. Now that we have more days in the jacket, we can give you a full review. Bottom line, Helly has come very close to a great technical shell, but there are a few things that would keep us from giving it a top rating.
