I am loving the Mountain Hardwear Right On 3/4 T-shirt in smoky quartz. It has transitioned seamlessly from summer to fall and I’m planning to make it work for all four seasons, which is a rare find in a tee. The smoky quartz color is my absolute favorite – gorgeous but also very neutral, and feminine without being in-your-face pink or purple.

I can wear it with black, brown or anything in between. I paired mine with a mauve/light purple hiking short for some hot summer adventures, and more recently with my black leggings for a chilly sunrise hike.

The knit fabric is soft, light, and airy. When it is hot outside I generally only consider a tank top, but this is the only top with sleeves I’ll wear when it’s sweltering. The fabric is so light and airy it doesn’t feel constricting.

Being able to cover my shoulders and chest from the sun without feeling like I’m going to overheat was a huge win this summer. I worked up a sweat on my way up the mountain during my recent chilly sunrise, but by the time I was on my way down the top had already dried so I didn’t freeze in it.

While this top works great for outdoor adventures, I also pair it with denim and a casual shoe occasionally to create an everyday look with it when I’m mommin’ around town. The 3/4 sleeve length and high neckline contribute to an effortlessly pulled together vibe! This top would make a great gift as well – for someone else OR for yourself.
