Just as versatile for late winter high-intensity sports are the Bjorn Daehlie Ridge regular fit softshell pants (MSRP $100). For those who like extra comfort or whose weight fluctuates, the drawstring waistband is a welcome touch. Full-length zippers run from the waist to the ankle and allow for easy take on and removal. Constructed from bonded 3-layer soft shell fabric and lined with Swift fleece, these comfy pants repel moisture and rain. Other features include double snap waist and gripper hem gaiters to keep snow out. More affordable than ever (they are now on sale for $59.99), you might just want to stock up.
March is the snowiest month
So there’s no better time to head to the mountains, especially now.
