Katie Botwin
Katie wasn’t born into adventure but has lived her life trying to make it seem like she was. After moving to Colorado from the mountainous midwest in 2011, Katie quickly fell in love with the landscapes Colorado offered and the plethora of activities that allow you to explore them.
From snowboarding to camping, road biking to climbing, Katie has a hard time honing in on one outdoor activity because she loves them all. After quitting a corporate job and building out a van with her partner, Katie ditched city life to become an adventure photographer on the road.
After driving Canada to Mexico while learning to surf, spending months backcountry touring Japan’s legendary powder, and touring the U.S. west in her trusty van named Acorn, she has since found somewhat of a home base in Utah.
