I have been a fan of Peak Design for a while now. They make some really great camera bags, backpacks, and camera gear. The Peak Design Travel Dufflepack is a 45 – 65L duffle bag and backpack that not only looks good, but it kicks ass at hauling a lot of gear. Peak Design does a great job of making their gear very adjustable – meaning it can be used in several ways.
For example, the Dufflepack can be used as a duffel bag or a backpack. You can use the backpack function as 2 straps or you can add in the retractable hip belt. I opted to not use the hip belt so it stored nicely away in the bag. It is the little touches that put their designs in the next level.
The zippers are extra burly #10 YKK waterproof and smooth to operate. You can even clip the main zippers together for a little added security. There are 2 external zipper pockets for quick-hit items. I used those pockets for action cameras on small tripods. On the inside of the bag, there are 2 more zippered mesh pockets that are good for storing batteries, cables, and smaller gear.

The bag opens up very wide and makes it easy to access the gear within. They made the internal color light grey so that items pop out (instead of flat black). They sent over a very nice organizing cube to check out as well. Stay tuned for a review on that!
Expandable from 45 – 65L
This is a very nice feature. I found that 45L was great for all the gear you see pictured in this review. However, you can easily add 20L to this bag by unzipping the 2 areas on the outside of the bag. This was great when I added my clothes to the kit. I can see this feature being very helpful for many of you out there.

Burly!!
This bag is made of 100% recycled 600D material to stand up to lots of use and abuse. The bottom of the bag is more durable with 900D material. I had no issues using this in the snow (as you will see in the video). The backpack straps and handles are comfortable as well.

Bottom line
The Peak Design Travel Duffelpack 65L is well thought out for use in harsh conditions. It looks very good as well. It does not look like your “normal” duffle bag. Whether you are a content creator or weekend warrior, this adjustable duffle bag/backpack has you covered.
