YETI Day Trip Insulated Snack Box 3L

Just in time for spring road trips and mountain biking, the YETI Day Trip Insulated Snack Box 3L is one of the latest offerings from YETI.

Compact enough to be placed in between the driver and front passenger seat, the snack box is exactly what my husband and I needed to keep a stash of cold beverages accessible while we’re on the road.

The compact YETI Day Trip Insulated Snack Box 3L delivers the same quality YETI performance and technology found in their Hopper soft cooler series, but is a convenient size for traveling.

We usually have a car full of gear and dogs, so we needed something that takes up as little space as possible and is accessible (no more having to dig around in the back with stuff falling all over the place).

At 8.5” x 6.2” x 6.2”, the YETI Day Trip Insulated Snack Box 3L also is compact enough to stash behind the driver’s seat when not in use.

Featuring Cold Cell Flex Insulation, the YETI Day Trip Insulated Snack Box 3L holds up to six cans without an ice pack or three with an ice pack. It can also be used to keep travel-friendly snacks such as string cheese cold.

Unlike the YETI lunch bags, the YETI Day Trip Insulated Snack Box 3L is ideal for traveling, thanks to its small size.

It holds just enough drinks for a road trip and is a nice size to transport items from our car to the hotel room.

In addition to road trips, we’ve been using it for when we go mountain biking. The cooler kept its contents cold for hours, even sitting in a car. To me, there are few things quite as refreshing as having a cold drink ready after an afternoon of riding.

Once again, YETI has somehow managed to come up with an accessory that we didn’t know we needed. But now that we’ve had a chance to use it, we use it all the time. So practical! Such a simple, space-saving innocuous design! We’re so pleased!
