YETI Yonder Water Bottle Review – Their Lightest Water Bottle Yet

Launched just in time to honor your New Year’s resolution to hydrate more, the all-new YETI Yonder water bottle keeps you hydrated on the go.
Constructed from durable BPA-free material, the non-insulated plastic water bottle has all the features you want: leakproof, dishwasher safe, and fits in a cup holder.

My favorite feature of the YETI Yonder bottle is the Yonder cap. The outer lid features a sturdy handle for ultimate portability (clip to belt, or carry by hand). Once removed, it reveals another cap underneath with a sipping spout for mess-free, easy drinking.
The underneath cap is also removable for easy, and quick filling.
While I’ve used Nalgene bottles for years, I disliked how I was given two choices: a narrow mouth or a wide mouth. The wide mouth was convenient for filling/refilling, but slopped everywhere. The narrow mouth was ideal for drinking my beverage, but it took longer to refill. The YETI Yonder addresses both of these issues with its ingenious Yonder cap.
One other feature I like is that the bottle itself is not wholly round. It features a flat side for easy gripping that is so subtle, you’d miss it.

For someone who has small hands, this is an extremely important and practical feature. I like this so much that I wish YETI would include that flat side for its YETI lowball tumbler (my favorite hot drink vessel).
I am fortunate enough to live next to a nordic ski course, so I can leave my YETI Yonder bottle in the snow near the entry point and stop for a swig as I do laps.
Completely portable, the YETI Yonder bottle is ideal for any environment: work, gym, or any outdoor activity.
YETI’s lightest water bottle yet, the Yonder bottle is available in two sizes (25 oz. and 34 oz.) and four colors (charcoal, navy, seafoam and clear).
