Jim is the owner of Cusa Tea and an avid outdoor lover.  I have been a fan of Jim’s business ethics and tea for the last few years.  He goes over the creation story of his business, how he used a unique process to create an instant tea that is so good that it has won international awards – against non-instant teas!

We chat about how he has grown Cusa Tea to become a major brand that is REI and grocery stores all over.  How he has used actionable tactics that other business owners can implement and benefit from.  Making the most of the COVID-19 situation, with various SBA tactics, and pivoting to serve the customer.

We also talk about mountain fitness, backcountry skiing and our love of mountains.  He has skied Ranier and Himilian peaks, as well as some big lines here in Colorado.  This is a fun chat with a great guy!
