If you’re like me a tasty lunch and beverage is an essential post long run staple. However, while I typically don’t mind walking around town a little smelly, I often decide to change out of my running gear in respect for the other patrons in the brewery.

Let’s face it getting changed in a busy trailhead or boat launch can be uncomfortable, awkward, and in the case of the disgusting Porta Potty that I changed in recently, downright gross!

The Cor Surf Changing Robe is a fantastic solution to this problem. This soft, warm, and cozy robe allows for easy car or boat side changing. I now bring the robe along with me on all my longer Canoe or SUP adventures as its warm microfiber is a welcome comfort while stripping out of the soaked Dry suit. I have also worn the robe home a few times when I forgot my change of clothes but really wanted to get out of the wet ones. While it made for an interesting fill-up at the local gas station is was a very comfortable ride home.

Function: The Robe does a fantastic job of achieving its main function of allowing you to comfortably change without giving the entire marina a show. The 40+ inches of length and 31+ width allows for the poncho to easily cover larger users. In addition, the thick microfiber keeps you warm and dries very fast. Recently the robe got pretty wet as I changed in sideways mist near a popular beach, however by the time a drove the hour home it was almost completely dry.

Favorite Features: The oversized hood and large front pocket are game-changers when it comes to both use and comfort. The hood keeps you warm and protected from the sun. The front pocket is great for storing your phone or keys when changing or walking down to the water or trail.
