Every once in a while, there is a bicycle-related electronics accessory that comes out that I absolutely have to have.

Trek CHRGtime Charging Station Review
This year, it is the Trek CHRGtime Charging Station. The sleek box keeps all my electronic devices charged, organized, and out of the way.
My partner and I are both avid cyclists and we have A LOT of electronic devices between the two of us. Just for our road bikes alone, we have 2 rear light radars, 2 bike computers, 2 front lights, and 2 SRAM AXS batteries.

During cycling season, our kitchen counter is littered with cords and bike accessories. It’s kind of a mess. And managing our electronic devices when we travel and take our bikes is also a challenge- an assortment of plastic baggies and cords!

Over the years, I have grown weary at looking at our unsightly bike electronics clutter. But we wanted to keep all our accessories close by, so the kitchen counter became the de facto home base for them all. When Trek released its CHRGtime Charging Station earlier this year, I was definitely on board.

The minimalist designed Trek CHRGtime Charging Station features six dedicated charging bays (3 USB-C and 3 USB-micro cables), power cord, external power gauge and removable divider tray.
The Trek CHGTime Charging Station weighs approximately 3 pounds and its measurements are 12.4 x 7.5 x 3.1 inches.

Additional features include an escape port that allows for external charging of phones or tablets, visible LED charging indicator to make it easy to see charge status for each individual charging bay, and the rubberized lid provides a space for larger devices to charge.
From the way it is configured to the sheer practicality, I am delighted with the Trek CHGtime Charging Station! I liked it so much I got a second one for my partner so he can keep his own devices charged.

Not only does it keep all our devices organized in one place, but it also allows for more space on our counter top. I also like how transportable it is and will look forward to taking it on future bike trips when we travel.

This is such a practical accessory to have. I am actually surprised something like this has not been introduced earlier. Like a multi tool or a bike pump, the Trek CHRGtime Charging Station is a must have for any cyclist.
