Branwyn – Performance Innerwear for Badass Women

Branwyn makes merino wool bralettes and underwear for women who want to stay comfortable throughout their day to day lives. The material is super soft, versatile, and has natural qualities that make the innerwear a dream. The merino controls odor, is female-friendly (unlike a lot of synthetics), wicks moisture to help keep you dry, helps control temperature and is breathable. With all of these elements, it’s hard to turn down innerwear from Branwyn.
Branwyn Essential Bralette
A comfy piece for any occasion! I have worn this to work, the gym, skiing, and lounging around the house just to name a few. It’s a great low impact bra, so it’s not great for super bouncy activities like jumping jacks but for every other endeavor, you can count on this bralette. It is not padded nor does it have molded cups, it is simply a soft and supportive fabric.
There is a 2” wide band at the bottom of the bra to keep the ladies from dropping too low. The bralette also features thin, adjustable shoulder straps which can be made into cross straps. I found that the bra rides up a little bit, but not bad. Overall the four-way stretch helps keep the girls in place without restricting any movement. Even better, I have never experienced any rubbing or chafing with this bra, it’s super comfy and easy to wear all day.
As for sizing, I’d say they run a touch small so if you’re in between sizes go up. I’m usually a small and the small fits me well for the most part but I think a medium would have fit well too. I think the riding up that I addressed earlier could be fixed with a medium.
Branwyn Essential Thong
This is a truly comfortable garment. Not all thongs are tolerable for an extended period of time, but this one is! I completely forget I’m wearing it and don’t have to worry about it moving around, it stays where it’s supposed to. Not many folks like underwear lines (but power to you if you don’t care) so this is your cure. All day comfort meets a practical piece.
The merino is female friendly, if you know what I mean. It adds another level of comfort to the thong and I know this comfort carries over to their other styles of underwear. In addition to the thong Branwyn carries hipster and bikini styles.
Bottom Line: Branwyn isn’t messing around when it comes to making inner wear for women who need both comfort and functionality. With the Essential Bralette costing just $38 and the Essential Thong priced at $28, these should be a no-brainer.
