Adventure Grant – You want $5000 To Go Have Fun?

Gear Junkie just launched a grant for $5000 to fun someones next dream adventure.  Read on to find out more.

Gear Junkie is offering a $5000 “Adventure Grant” to a very lucky winner, in hopes of motivating readers to dream big and get after their goals this year. This will be the first in a series of grants from Gear Junkie.  They partnered with Nordic Track for this venture.

The partnership also means that the winner gets to pick a Nordic Track fitness equipment to train with.  Anything from the current line up! Treadmill, rower, cycles and a 1-year subscription to iFit.

From Gear Junkie founder, Stephen Regenold, “The adventure Grant will facilitate a dream trip for one of our readers”. “I am psyched to launch the program, and beyond just the winner I hope that it can motivate everyone to think bigger this year around the outdoors and adventure.”

What kind of adventure can you do?!

This grant could be for a mountain expedition, such as Denali.  Or it could fund a thru-hike.  Perhaps an adventure race or bike packing journey.  Use your imagination and get outside.

Submit a photo and short essay to https://gearjunkie.com/c/adventure-grant.  Must be U.S. citizen and age 21 or older to enter. This runs through March 15th, so you have one month to get your pitch put together!

How to win the Adventure Grant

Judges will pick 8 finalists, but Gear Junkie readers get to vote on their favorites. Winner will be announced April 1st, 2019 (not an April Fools joke!)
