UAG makes some really great cases for phones, tablets, laptops and even watches.  Personally, I have used the MacBook Pro cases from them for the last 3 MacBooks I have owned.  The cases have served me well and even taken some decent blows (protecting the laptop in the process).

The new Plyo series cases are very good looking and provide some great protection.  UAG builds these cases to pass military drop-test standards and medical environments.  I use my Macbook for writing (as I am right now) in all kinds of outdoor situations as well as home and gym use.
