Limited Edition Black Stone YETI 14 Oz Stackable Mug

Functional and beautiful, the Limited Edition Black Stone YETI 14 oz Stackable Mug is one of my favorite YETI drinkware pieces to come out in recent years.

First of all, I love the way the textured coating feels (nice grip) and how it hides any scratches or marks.

Secondly, I love the practical features that YETI added including DuraSip™ Ceramic Lining and Stackable design for easy storage.

Performance

I was first introduced to the DuraSip™ Ceramic Lining last fall when I tried out the YETI Stackable Mugs.

I was impressed with how nicely the ceramic lining preserved the taste of my espresso or hot tea and retained heat so much better than a regular ceramic mug.

To me, there’s nothing worse than having to hurriedly swig down a hot drink before it gets cold without being able to fully enjoy the taste and experience.

Therefore, I was looking forward to drinking hot apple cider or Mexican hot chocolate from the updated YETI 14 oz Stackable Mug.

I tend to nurse all my hot drinks, so the YETI 14 oz Stackable Mug works wonders to keep them hot for over an hour (with the lid on), something a ceramic mug cannot achieve.

Overall Thoughts

The perfect size, the  YETI 14 oz Stackable Mug is insulated so it not only keeps my hot drinks and soup hot, but keeps my ice cream cold for hours. I prefer using the handled mug over traditional bowls, because it is easier to transport.

The textured Black Stone colorway is my favorite YETI colorway, not just because it looks rustic (perfect for mountain living), but it feels nice to the touch.

YETI has come a long way from the days when only stainless steel drinkware was available.

While some other insulated drinkware brands experience temporary popularity, YETI endures.

Over the years, YETI has offered new colorways, expanded its drinkware line, and kept making practical improvements (stackable design, ceramic lining).

I’ve been a YETI devotee for years. Every time I think that YETI cannot possibly improve itself, YETI tells me to hold its beer.

I absolutely love the Black Stone YETI 14 oz Stackable Mug and can’t wait to get more Black Stone drinkware.
