In terms of performance, the GORUCK Trainers excel in durability and traction. The ballistic nylon upper has withstood harsh conditions. Featuring a durable upper, the lace area, midfoot, and heel are made from 1680D CORDURA Ballistic Nylon. The Cordura material is known for its toughness and ability to withstand harsh conditions, making it ideal for functional fitness workouts that involve heavy lifting, rope climbing, and other demanding activities. The forefoot is constructed using an engineered warp-knit technology, offering reinforced strength, flexibility, and breathability.
The shoes are comfortable to wear with an 8mm drop and wide toe box. It is equipped with a dual-density compression-molded EVA midsole that offers excellent shock absorption and cushioning, providing comfort during high-impact movements like box jumps and sprints.
The heel consists of a firm, stable EVA, which provides a stable platform when lifting or squatting. The outsole of the GORUCK Training Shoe is made from a rubber compound that offers excellent traction and grip on various surfaces, making them ideal for any commercial gym, box, or garage. Weighing approximately 10.8 ounces (412 grams) for a size 9. The lightweight design helps with agility and allows for quick movements during workouts.
